Når du ringer til os, er det altid en af vores faste dyrlæger fra klinikken, som er på vagt. Fortæl os kort og præcist, hvorfor det er nødvendigt med et akut besøg, og så finder vi i fællesskab den helt rigtige og mest omsorgsfulde måde, hvorpå vi kan behandle dit kæledyr.

Hvis vores erfarne dyrlæge konstaterer, at det er mest hensigtsmæssigt for dit kæledyr at få besøg, så tager vi selvfølgelig de nødvendige midler med. Men i langt de fleste tilfælde vil vi bede jer komme ind på klinikken. Her har vi de rette rammer, maskiner og udstyr, der sikrer, at vi kan handle hurtigt og korrekt, hvis der bliver brug for det. Ved akut aflivning kommer vi naturligvis altid gerne hjem til jer.

Hvad skal du være opmærksom på ved akut konsultation:

Ved hjemmebesøg kører vi maksimalt i en radius af 10 km ud fra vores adresse i København, da vi risikere at have flere patienter på samme tid, der kræver omsorg og professionel behandling.
Prisen for en akut konsultation på klinikken er 100% tillæg.
Ved akut hjemmebesøg bliver der et tillæg på 100% og et kørselstillæg, hvis vi kører over 2,5 km ud fra klinikken.
